If you spent more time simply being, you would be directly connected to the healing source of energy … simply be, this will bring you peace , the greatest ambassador for change in oneself and others.

Time is an illusion
Intention
I am supported in this moment and then supported in the next moment and in fact each moment along with the gift of life , there is the unseen that continues to support mePractice
Ask yourself these questions:
“Where am I?
Is everything ok now?
What about now? and even now, then begin to ease into the present moment, letting go of each moment as it arises and begin to observe the breath and notice that nature teaches us through each breath, to receive the gift in each of life and then release each moment.
Notice as you observe your breath, that what we need is given to us in the present moment, we don’t need to ask, strive or reach for it, it simply presents itself at the right time
What if we could use that teaching from the observation of the breath, that what we need will be presented to us at the right time and if you trusted that , what changes for you.
Breathe… slowly and gently with that awareness moment by moment
Then sit quietly imagining yourself surrounded by soft light.
Lao Tzu wrote:
“To the mind that is still, the whole universe surrenders.”

If you are anxious, you are leaning towards uncertainty in the future, if you are depressed, you are perhaps living to much in the past. Come closer to the present moment and in each moment, you are giving the opportunity to begin again. It heals over wounds, makes your hair grow, your fingernails, can mobilise t cells to fight off invaders, and a thousand other processes without your conscious awareness
It coordinates eleven major organ systems of which you can see—yet they work tirelessly, without your conscious effort, to keep you alive and well.
You cannot see any of these systems, yet they support you every second of every day, devoted to your safety and vitality.
Is it that much of a stretch to consider that there is an energy that also works 24 hours a day, 365 days a Year and it’s role is to look after us ?
The Unseen Working Together
Imagine if we could tune into another intelligence beyond your conscious awareness and we can call this intelligence, the supreme intelligence - or the divinity or whatever name you choose
What if we could blend these two forms of intelligence— this we call attunement
Our own internal healing intelligence and the subtle presence of supreme intelligence.
This is the act of attunement
What might be possible if both worked together, bringing about emotional and physical relief?
With this awareness comes and an awakening, it will be the beginning of a spiritual journey that is unique to you.

Learn to forgive again and again and again
Individuals can experience pain imposed by others; however, sustaining well-being involves actively declining to accept such projections. Forgiveness facilitates healing not by condoning harmful behaviors, but by consciously opting not to bear the associated pain. Recognising that actions are often influenced by prior experiences enables us to disrupt negative patterns and avoid allowing external pain to shape our identities.
This nuanced understanding of human behaviour may be characterised as “compassion.”
Compassion is a key aspect of spiritual growth, and this 21-day retreat aims to help you discover spiritual healing as a way of life that fosters peace. Forgiveness starts by recognizing that human nature is complex, and no single moment defines us. Our experiences and emotions shape us, but not all feelings projected onto us belong to us—they originate from others' pain. Let go of these borrowed emotions by forgiving those who have caused harm, returning what was never yours.
Forgiveness sets you free, and it’s important to also forgive yourself daily for your mistakes. Avoid regret; instead, accept your progress toward peace. Once you find peace within, you can positively impact your own life and those around you.
We can explore our identity beyond labels such as name, occupation, gender, religion, or the beliefs held by others.

Pranayama yoga incorporates more than 200 breathing exercises, highlighting the interconnectedness of the mind and breath. The rhythm of our breath consistently mirrors our emotional state; every thought influences our breathing pattern. When an individual experiences anxiety or depression, their breathing changes accordingly. Since birth, respiration alternates between nostrils, with each side reflecting either our emotional or physical condition. Notably, by consciously regulating our breath, we can restore equilibrium to both mind and body, promoting a return to a balanced state. Today, a simple breathing technique will be demonstrated, which serves as a natural tranquilizer.

The heart’s coherence signals the mind that things are okay. Reflect upon which concepts resonated with you, any shifts in perspective you experienced, and how the insights gained may assist you in creating a more fulfilling life. Determine how you plan to leverage this understanding moving forward.
After documenting your reflections, make a personal commitment to maintain this practice throughout the remaining 14 days, building momentum incrementally each day.
