Just an update to say I’m truly enjoying the 21 day retreat. I feel my anxious state is improving I’m not feeling so many racing thoughts around past experiences things I can’t change. able to prioritise myself and my general wellbeing feels better. More positive and just content.

I love the bit where you take it out into the world and say, ‘compassion is the common language’ .. It gave me hope for our dear Mother Earth. Compassion is soo important and sooo needed in these difficult times.

I’ve just done day 1 from my car outside the hospital. I leave at 6am so chose to do it here in Hereford. It was beautiful. I feel absolutely relaxed & will see how today goes
