The QRS system is a frequency stimulation device ,which uses pulsating magnetic fields, the device uses extremely low intensities and extremely low frequencies.
Most frequencies in the range of beta, alpha,Theta, delta frequencies which are used by the brain. These frequencies are delivered via unique patented natural waveform.
The purpose is to resonate with the original frequencies of the human body and nature.

The more often you can use these systems, the greater the benefit, therefore contemplate regular sessions of 2 to 3 times a week.
Each session on the woojer last up till 35 mins and the QRS a maximum of 24 mins per session, longer doesn’t make it better however continuity does .
The total length of each session may depend on the protocol we use and we may use one mat or 2 alongside other holistic therapies that I’m qualified in.
