Did you know that media and The pharmaceutical compagnies want you to believe that smoking is all about the physical addiction to nicotine? This is because if that’s true, you only need to get your nicotine from some other source, and you will never smoke again.
Unfortunately, the patches, chewing gum and electronic cigarettes don’t work. The scientists recognise that 10% of the smoking habit relates to the addictive elements of nicotine, 90% is psychological.

Hypnotherapy works by guiding the individual into a deep, relaxed state. During this time, the mind is more open to suggestion and change. At this point, the hypnotherapist makes suggestions, which will help you in changing your thought patterns and behaviours associated with smoking. During the process you realize that you have All the resources needed to control or quit the habit of Smoking.
The 1:1 session lasts 90 minutes:
There are 3 parts to this process. The 1st part is where we talk about why and how you smoke, and critically, how the mind works in relation to smoking.
The 2nd part of the process is where you lie on the couch and we do hypnosis. It isn’t magic but it does help you to use your mind in a fundamentally different way in relation to what you want to change.
The 3rd part is the audio that I’ll give you to take away that reinforces this process for reasons I’ll explain later.
