✨ About the Session
Water & Sound Frequency Healing is a deeply nurturing 1:1 healing journey designed to support the body through frequency, sound, water, and conscious connection.
Before the session begins, we will take time to gently discuss any areas of pain, discomfort, or imbalance you may be experiencing, allowing the session to be guided intentionally and intuitively.
This work supports the body in returning to a more harmonious state by addressing energetic distortion patterns that may be contributing to discomfort.
🌊 What Happens During the Session
You will be invited to lie comfortably on the treatment couch for approximately 1.5 hours while the session unfolds in a calm and supportive environment.
The healing journey may include:
Intuitive frequency-based healing
Gentle hands-on healing (Reiki-style)
Sound healing to support deep relaxation and nervous system calming
Working with water as a frequency carrier
Conscious connection focused on areas of discomfort discussed prior to the session
During the healing, the frequency-infused water may be gently placed on the area of pain or discomfort.
This supports the release of energetic distortion fields that can contribute to imbalance, allowing the body’s own natural healing response to activate.
The session is slow, grounded, and deeply restorative.
💧 Take-Home Frequency Water
Following your session, you will be given your own personalised frequency water to take home.
This water can be gently applied and sipped over the following days to support continued integration, grounding, and healing beyond the treatment room.
