Anuj Punnoose

Anuj is a highly accomplished Physiotherapist based in Cambridge with over 25 years of clinical, academic, and research experience within the NHS. He has an extensive experience in Trauma C Orthopaedics and Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation with a particular interest in hip pathologies, especially in younger adults. He has completed an NIHR-funded PhD focusing on optimising patients through prehabilitation prior to hip surgical intervention. Alongside physiotherapy, he has a qualification in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and Independent prescribing.
Ajith Philip
Ajith is an experienced Physiotherapist with over 29 years of clinical and leadership experience across the NHS and private health sector. He has worked for more than 22 years within community rehabilitation services in the NHS, holding roles including Clinical Lead, Advanced Clinical Practitioner, and Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist. Alongside his clinical expertise, he has undertaken senior leadership and project management roles, leading large-scale transformation programmes and service improvements within the NHS.
Jose Cyriac
Jose Cyriac is a Senior Physiotherapist with over 15 years of clinical expertise in adult rehabilitation and complex case management. He specializes in evidence-based assessments, functional restoration and manual therapy. His technical proficiency spans musculoskeletal conditions and neuro rehabilitation. He is currently working with NHS as an autonomous practitioner and is well experienced in hips and knee rehabilitation and older adult rehabilitation.

Hareesh
Hareesh Prabhakar is a highly experienced Senior Physiotherapist with over 25 years of clinical expertise in adult rehabilitation and complex case management. Currently practising within NHS, he has developed a strong reputation for delivering structured, evidence-based care across a wide range of patient needs.
His clinical practice focuses on comprehensive assessment, functional restoration, and manual therapy, with particular expertise in both musculoskeletal conditions and neurological rehabilitation. Hareesh combines technical precision with a patient-centred approach, supporting individuals in improving movement, independence, and overall physical function.
Alongside his clinical work, Hareesh holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, equipping him with the skills to lead physiotherapy services and implement high standards of clinical quality and governance. He is an autonomous practitioner committed to delivering tailored, goal-oriented programmes that prioritise long-term outcomes and patient confidence.
